I started playing on my smartphone and reached level 25. I linked everything — my email (gtldcompany@gmail.com ) and AGW Wallet.

A few days later, I wanted to play on PC. I went to https://penguinlife.playember.com/gamehub . As you can see in the screenshots, everything is properly linked: points, stickers, etc. However, when I click the Home button and then Play Now, on PC after loading, my character is at level 1, even though the Session Key is already linked.

Can you delete or remove my first level, so that when I click Home and Play Now, the character shown is the one from the mobile app — at level 25, not level 1?

I really want to Stream Penguin life.

Please Help!

PS: Cookies, cache — I cleared everything, deleted the history, but no luck.
