This game does not save my history so I've been through this already and have not been able to see how to purchase the helper.

I’m currently stuck at Level 20 in the game, even though I have completed all the previous tasks and reached 100% XP. I have emptied my hut, collected all items, and followed every step necessary — but the game is still not allowing me to unlock Level 21 or activate Prestige 3.
