Devs, im spawn after prestige without tree on first level

I can’t progress, I have a bug — I’m not receiving any eggs, etc.
I’ve been playing for several hours and I still can’t get past level 6. In 4 hours of gameplay, I didn’t receive a single egg, and I’m not making any progress toward leveling up. The only eggs I’ve gotten are the ones I bought. What should I do? I’ve already logged out and synced my wallet several times, but I still can’t move forward. Also, one of the penguins isn’t working.

The fish isn’t flipping in the pan.

Those three collector not working properly they just stop at those collection point only work when i manually clear the source, then after collection resource from other source ponds, the stand still in front of a source i give ss here i play on windows pc in chrome browser

No longer playable
Multiple locations missing. Game doesn't load the map properly. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still not any better. I guess this is the official end of Penguin Life.

The fish is stuck

Lava map is totally bugged
The Lava map is totally bugged!! Many of the collectors don’t work and just stand there. A lot of the items can’t be collected. And now when I logged in, it’s like everything got reset back to the start!! I’m level 24, most of the map was already discovered and the buildings were built, but now it’s asking me to rebuild everything from scratch again.
